Our Association was founded from the wish for unity, connection, and love for Reiki. It moves forward open to the flow of our time, calling for more light, unity, quality on the path of the Reiki practitioner and teacher, collective spirit, service, and solidarity.

Reiki

What is Reiki

Reiki is the transmission of universal life energy.

Energy is transmitted through the hands and in other ways.

It is a Japanese holistic healing technique.

Reiki training is offered in three levels.

After the first degree, a person can practice Reiki on themselves and others.

The degrees are given separately, never all together and not remotely, except in cases of serious need or risk to health and life.

The History of Reiki

Reiki was born in Japan through Mikao Usui.

After meditation on Mount Kurama, he experienced illumination and the flow of energy.

He founded a method of healing body and mind known as Usui Reiki Ryoho.

He taught it to others, and through his students it spread throughout the world.
